Nursery theme shaped Quesadilla’s

Take a large sized flour tortilla and sprinkle a jack & cheddar cheese grated mixture generously over half of it then fold over. Brown both sides of quesadilla over medium heat in a skillet that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Make several in this manner – over and over. Purchase some

cookie cut outs in the shapes of rubber duckies, rocking horses, teddy bears and baby bottles and press these down over your quesadilla. Make enough to arrange in a shuffled type effect over a party platter. Sprinkle a light layer of lettuce, cilantro, black olives and thin sliced tomatoes over them. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa! Everyone will adore them and find them to be quite appetizing!
